C-Job was responsible for the full design scope for the 4400 DWT Heavy Lift Vessels for CIG Shipbuilding. The vessels can be used for multiple purposes. Project & Bulk cargo. Challenge was the Self on/off loading which was tackled by a Stability pontoon, top speed of 18 knots. Crew is reporting excellent sea keeping abilities.
The first vessel, Atlantic Dawn, was built for Hartman Marine Urk. Currently, number 7 of this series is already being built for ABIS shipping, Harlingen.
In 2014, the vessel was nominated for the KNVTS “ship of the year” award. The Atlantic Dawn is built at CIG shipbuilding. Tested at Marin, CFD.
