Introducing the PI Check tool – a tool that enables:

  • reducing the time required for quality checks on production information;
  • minimizing the impact of human errors on quality control results;
  • decreasing the amount of routine tasks performed by engineers;
  • increasing overall product quality..

To achieve these goals, the PI Check tool utilizes the functionality of AutoCAD or Rhino 3D.

The tool can perform multiple checks, including:

  • Checking for the presence of cutting markings on the edges of details.
  • Checking the availability of required files;
  • Verifying the existence and availability of extra files;
  • Checking for the presence of templates, elongation, and Rhino files for missing parts;
  • Comparing mass values for duplicate parts in a CoG file;
  • Matching masses (CoG file, process file, .dwg);
  • Code matching processing (process file, .dxf);
  • Verifying the matching part quantities (CoG file, process file, .dxf, .dwg);
  • Checking the necessity of a template;
  • Verifying the presence of a bending table in a .dwg file;
  • Checking the presence of allowances on parts in .dxf and .dwg files;
  • Verifying the availability of all trimming symbols for profile parts on sketches in .dwg files;
