Työvene | Ursa

C-Job is responsible for the concept, basic, and detail design including the integration of dredging equipment supplied by Holland Marine Technologies of a trailing suction hopper dredger for Työvene. The maintenance TSHD has been built by Työvene for its owner the Maritime office of Gdynia and is set to be used to preserve the main waterway between the Gulf of Gdansk through the Vistula Lagoon to the Elbląg River. It will also be used to maintain track depth parameters of smaller ports of the Vistula Lagoon.

The TSHD has a capacity of 950 m3, is 62.75 meters long, and has two propellers. It features one suction drag arm with a max dredging depth of 18 meters. The dredger can be used to dredge both in shallow and deeper waters. Its wheelhouse and accommodation are placed at the front to ensure it can pass the Trasa Unii Europeiskej bridge.
