We do not keep data for longer than necessary. This means that we keep data as long as necessary to provide the requested service or when we have obtained your consent to do so. We keep your data for one year following your application, should a position that would suit you become available. Exceptions to this is data that we are required by law to keep longer than the above-stated time.
How do we protect personal data?
C-Job takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Sharing personal data with third parties?
C-Job Naval Architects (C-Job Group B.V. and any affiliated B.V.’s) does not sell your personal data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our contractual agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data in relation to our contractual agreement, we sign a processor’s agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you although we will respond to your request as soon as possible. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. This copy (in black) should include passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and social security number. This is to protect your privacy.
